Plantation Oaks Flagler Beach– A gated entry manufactured home community of 377 homes. Coquina Crossing - Elkton – Located 8 miles from St. Augustine, 10 minutes from the beach or golf course, 35 miles from Jacksonville and the world renowned Mayo Clinic. New home rentals starting at $1100/month or buy from the low to mid $100’s. Pet friendly.

SeaSide Village - Carrabelle – Single family homes start at $140,000. Located on “Florida’s Forgotten Coast” in the eastern panhandle of the state, this 55+ community offers underground utilities, street lights, 5’ sidewalks, walking trails. A community clubhouse. Minutes from Carrabella Marina and 10 minutes from championship golf and sandy beaches.

Sweetwater by Del Webb - Jacksonville – An age restricted community of 399 single-family homes, 256 condominiums and 342 carriage homes on 315 acres just minutes from beaches and shopping. Ranging in size from 1438 to 2389 sq. ft priced from the low $200’s to the mid 300’s.

Riverwood by Del-Webb at Nocatee - Jacksonville – a gated private Resort style community of over 2100 single family homes and condos featuring Tuscan-style architecture. Adjacent to the 2400 acre Nocatee Preseve along Florida’s Intracoastal Waterway. Prices range from the upper $100’s to the mid $400’s.
