The Villages at Aversboro - Garner – 147 detached brick ranch style homes with finished two car garages located minutes from downtown Raleigh and Cary. Lawns are maintained by the HOA dues of $100/month. Hoes feature tank less hot water heaters, screened in porches sod lawns with professionally designed landscapes. Homes priced in the mid to upper $200’s.
Coastal Plantation - Hampstead – Located 15 miles north of Wilmington NC, this manufactured home community is only minutes from shopping, banking, hospitals, golf courses and fishing.
